Protocol Information ~
Felicity Erdmann and Mary Olson from Mercy Apostol Psoriasis Research documentation Center, are currently looking for volunteers to help with an ongoing protocol study for people suffering from psoriasis and other skin related disorders.
The protocol consists of an intense two week program utilizing the mineral rich waters from beautiful Soap Lake which is located in the central part of Washington State.
Currently we are looking at running the study for the months of April through October of each year to make the best use of the warmer climate of the area. This study will involve the use of the lake water, mineral rich mud and monitored sun bathing.
The study will require that you have a physical from your doctor stating your type of skin disease and overall health. Before and after pictures of your skin will be taken to document your progress. also we have a brief daily journal and short questionnaire for you to fill out as you progress through your healing journey.
The information gleaned from the study will then be compiled and used as a tool for more research into the healing properties of the mineral rich Soap Lake water by Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA. This is a very vital component in the possibility of bringing a much needed Wellness and Research Center to the Soap Lake area.
Please consider being a part of our study.
Review the Protocol packets below.
If you have questions, please email us and we will be glad to talk with you
and discuss how our study might just be the help you need
to deal with your skin disorders.
